The 501c3 foundation collaborates independently with  leading education, workforce development and nonprofit organizations. The simple aim is to enrich their existing programs focused on elevating emerging women in tech by  providing resources, insights, member donations,  + offer real-life project opportunities through WiT. Network members and their tech reach.

WiT. Foundation's collaboration with tech-focused and women’s organizations helps bridge the gap between education to employment in tech and prevent female attrition due to unknowns or insecurities -- empowering the next generation of female tech leaders.

The WiT. Foundation's sole aim is to  enrich, and help innovate these diverse, exceptional, existing , independent programs, + offer opportunities for emerging talent.
